Hands down the best in the area. Delivery is super fast as well... not to mention clean and very friendly! I would recommend to a friend, and I will continue to order from them.

Wanted some chinese food and I was tired of my regular place....I had walked by last week and took one of the menus from the door.so I tried it today...got the chicken and broccoli lunch special with an order of chicken wings.the wings were way better than my corner go-to place, and the chicken and broccoli was hot and tasted good....but how can you mess up chicken and broccoli?I will try this place again and order something a little more complicated in order to see if this will now be my chinese food go-to place.

They are now located on Amsterdam and 166th street - phone number is the same.Cheap, good and fast.I actually like this chinese food and order from them about once a month. I really like their vegetable fried rice. I've order their chicken wings, sesame chicken, vegetable fried rice and french fries - and everything was good.

The food is OK, and convenient (on GrubHub), but I'd rather try anything else... Their cold sesame noodles are mediocre and their veggie dumpling are way too doughy.

Definitely not closed post-fire, Christopher M. They're up and running on Grub Hub which is how I ended up ordering from them. No cash + craving for Chinese + Amy's closed till 3 PM = Happy Jade House for Julie K.But maybe we should call it Sad Jade House instead.Food came quickly and was piping hot, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1. My General Tso's chicken was crap and the wonton soup is actually inedible (pouring that sucker down the drain). The fried rice is okay. Not gonna order again. But I guess at least it was cheap.

We get this on grub hub a lot. A little greasy but a good bang for your buck.

Jade House is open. After the fire they have relocated to 2131 Amsterdam Ave on the Corner of 166th St. The number is 212-795-0975. The food is great and they are very fast. I order from them exclusively. Call and enjoy!

R.I.P. There was a fire, and now it's closed. I heard rumor that they moved...but the number doesn't work. And yes; I try it every time before ordering from other locations. They had great general tsao's/sesame chicken, singapore mei fun, and many other items. Good egg rolls (which not every place has!), and good service. They even hired a very fluent bilingual woman to help make ordering on the phone and in person more efficient. Always quick; always good!

According to the tamale lady outside (you know who she is), apparently Happy Jade "had a fire" and now appears to be closed. May I recommend First Choice Chinese down around Broadway & 163.RIP, Happy Jade.

I ordered food, and there was hair in it. I called to complain. The delivery man brought over another order but was very rude about it. He accused me of trying to get free food even after I showed him proof of the hair. I am very disappointed especially since I order this restaurant at least once a week. I will not order from this restaurant again.
